In addition, the daily Vintage Demo Racing featuring historic racing cars, along with the air show, guarantees an exciting mix of action and entertainment. “Klassikwelt Bodensee stands out from the crowd with its unique concept featuring a distinctive blend of a sales exhibition dedicated to classic mobility and emotionally charged, action-packed events,” says Project Manager Roland Bosch.
Contrasts and elegance on four wheels
Black and white automotive gems will be in the spotlight at the new special show, “Classic Cars in Black & White.” “Special shows that allow private classic car owners to showcase their vehicles are key components of our trade fair concept,” Roland Bosch emphasizes. To enhance the exhibition area through the inclusion of your classic car, please apply by submitting compelling photos to: klassikwelt@messe-fn.de.
An homage to the 80s
With the special show “The 80s – Welcome Back,” the classic car exhibition nestled in the heart of the Lake Constance borderlands region pays tribute to a unique era when the digital world began to take its first steps. This revolution impacted not just the technology of cars and motorcycles but also their design, such as through the modernization of car interiors with the addition of digital displays. “In addition to the mobile exhibits from this thrilling decade, the special show also presents the associated lifestyle, fashion, and music of the era,” Roland Bosch adds. Owners of vintage “big bikes” from the eighties that remain in their original condition are also welcome to register for the exhibition. Modern classic car enthusiasts can look forward to the special show entitled “My Modern Classic,” which will feature select models that definitely have the potential to become classic cars in the future.
Action-packed supporting program: Vintage Demo Racing and an air show
Each day, more than 300 classic vehicles on two, three, and four wheels will grace the 1.6-kilometer circuit, with their inimitable sound evoking memories of a bygone racing era. At the air show taking place daily, some of Europe’s top pilots will be showcasing breathtaking aerial acrobatics with historic aircraft.
Free parking for classic cars: The ADAC Parking Arena
The ADAC Parking Arena offers vehicle owners the opportunity to present their vehicles in the heart of the outdoor exhibition area, allowing them to be an integral part of Klassikwelt Bodensee. Classic cars displaying H license plates and modern classics are allowed to access the ADAC Parking Arena without the need for prior registration. Motorcycles manufactured in 1989 or prior are welcome to park at the ACE Café, a legendary gathering spot for bikers in London.
Dealers, brand clubs, and the parts market are the heart of the show
The vast spare parts market in Hall B1 is a crucial hub for anyone who enjoys working on their classic cars. In the B halls, dealers have a wide range of vehicles and lifestyle accessories on offer. Anyone looking for expert advice will be able to obtain valuable insights from the restoration pros there. Experts from the various brand clubs will also be available to offer visitors helpful advice drawn from their expertise in historical technology.
